Uniting NSW.ACT publishes a weekday personal care rate of $110 an hour (Weekday, 6am-6pm (60-minute minimum on all visits)), New South Wales and the ACT, effective 1 March 2026.

No short visits are published: every visit books at a 60-minute minimum. Self-managed clients pay a 10% Uniting service fee in addition to care management.

A few things worth knowing
- Short visits usually cost more than a pro-rata slice of the minimum visit length.
- Some providers blend Saturday and Sunday into one weekend rate rather than pricing them separately.
- Overnight respite is often priced as a flat block, not an hourly rate.
